Return Policy – Curatron 2000 Systems

We do understand the challenges of returning a product to any vendor. At Amjo Corp we attempt to make the experience as comfortable and easy as we can. Please read the guidelines below so you can understand our policy. Please read the guidelines below so you can understand our policy.

Please understand that the Curatron 2000 systems are for clinical and/or personal use and the applicators that are used such as the pads, mattresses and coils are simply not returnable for hygienic reasons, except as noted below.

Please note that this return policy commences upon payment for the order or collection of the order by the shipping company from Amjo Corp or its vendor’s premises, whichever comes first and no order may be cancelled by the customer for any reason without the express permission of Amjo Corp.

The Curatron 2000HT

The Curatron 2000 HT is sold complete with the mattress and therapy pad. The Curatron 2000HT can be returned within the first thirty days for a restocking fee of 30% of the total purchase price. If the customer also purchased a focused probe then its restocking fee will be calculated in the same way as “Applic, please Shipping charges and customs handling associated with the purchase will not be refunded and the customer will be responsible for return shipping charges. No refund will be issued for damaged or marred goods returned. The restocking fee(s) described below are to cover the cost of the cleaning and disinfection of the mattress and pad and the retesting and repacking of the system. Amjo Corp may from time, offer these products for sale as refurbished product.

Curatron 2000 XP, XPSE, PC & 3D Control Units

The Curatron 2000 XP, PC or 3D Control Units can be returned in like new condition within the first 30 days following purchase. Amjo Corp will charge a 15% restocking fee for returned control units. Shipping charges and customs handling associated with the purchase will not be refunded and the customer will be responsible for all return shipping charges. No refund will be issued for damaged or marred goods returned.

Applicators: Mattresses, Pads, Coils etc.

Applicators such as the Full Mattress, Therapy Pad or High Energy Coils can be returned in like new condition within the first 30 days following purchase. Amjo Corp will charge a 50% restocking fee for returned applicators. Shipping charges and customs handling associated with the purchase will not be refunded and the customer will be responsible for all return shipping charges. This higher restocking fee is charged to cover the cost of cleaning and disinfection of the applicators so that if possible they can be resold as disinfected or refurbished product.

  • Curatron Systems are covered by the maker’s warranty.

  • Most items (NOT ALL) can be returned to Amjo Corp within 30 Days of our ship date. In no event will shipping charges be refunded and the return of the unit to Amjo Corp shall be at the customer’s expense. From time to time, Amjo Corp offers free shipping or shipping included, in this case, the actual shipping costs incurred by Amjo Corp for shipping to the customer are not refundable and will be subtracted from any refund to the customer.

  • It is mandatory that you contact us so that we can advise you where to ship a product you wish to return.

  • No return will be accepted for credit unless it is in a ‘like new condition’ and is packed in its original packaging. Freight and handling charges will not be reimbursed.

  • Please call AMJO at 513-942-2770 to obtain authorization to return the product(s).

  • Unauthorized Returns: Amjo Corp has the right to reject and returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.

  • Smokers Take Note: Today many people will not tolerate the smell of smoke or even traces of the smell of smoke on any item. Smokers who return products must be aware that if we detect the smell of smoke on an item making it not re-sellable then no credit can be issued.

  • Remember, it is your responsibility to re-pack the product properly, arrange for its return. You would be wise to insure the shipment so that in the event of loss or damage you are not out of pocket.

  • No return will be accepted for credit unless it is in a ‘like new condition’ and is packed in its original packaging.

  • EXPORT CUSTOMERS (OUTSIDE USA) If you are outside of the USA then you will need to return the product to the point of origin in the USA or Israel. Please understand that all return charges including any duties, taxes, brokerage fees are your responsibility.
