We do understand the challenges of returning a product to any vendor. At Amjo we attempt to make the experience as comfortable and easy as we can. We do ask that you do follow the rules below so that we all understand what's happening.

• Curatron Systems are covered by the maker's warranty. Most items (NOT ALL) can be returned to Amjo Corp within 30 Days of our ship date. A restocking fee of 20% will be applied to cover the cost of testing, and re-boxing for resale. 
• In no event will shipping charges be refunded and the return of the unit to Amjo Corp shall be at the shipper's expense.
• It is mandatory that you contact us so that we can advise you where to ship a product you wish to return. 
• No return will be accepted for credit unless it is in a 'like new condition' and is packed in its original packaging. Freight and handling charges will not be reimbursed. Please call AMJO at 513-942-2770 to arrange return. Unauthorized Returns may be rejected.
• Smokers Take Note: Today many people will not tolerate the smell of smoke or even traces of the smell of smoke on any item. Smokers who return products must be aware that if we detect the smell of smoke on an item making it not re-sellable then no credit can be issued.
• Remember, it is your responsibility to re-pack the product properly, arrange for its return. You would be wise to insure the shipment so that in the event of loss or damage you are not out of pocket.
